Anxiety and finances regularly go hand in hand, regularly becoming a reality for the majority of people. We are working to help create a new reality for business owners and individuals alike.
Anxiety had become such a commonplace feeling and emotion that I only understood it to be normal. It wasn’t until my Grandmother passed away that I realized if I didn’t change my approach, I, too, would worry my life away. In so many ways, her passing acted as the catalyst to become present. To live in the now, and to reject the notion that anxiety needed to be a permanent part of my life.
There is no medicinal or rational explanation as to why it has left me. That is a product solely due to my faith. One day it was there, and it had me crippled. And then the next day, it was gone. The only thing separating those very memorable 12 hours was God.
This is why our partnership with the apparel company Forty-Six Ten Co. is so important to us: to help bring awareness to their mission of breaking mental health stigmas and addressing anxiety from a Christian lens.
Stemming from the fear of future unknowns, financial anxiety can be combatted in two quick ways you can start today:

Anxiety is a very real emotion whose effects can feel debilitating. However, it is important to remember it is just that: an emotion. Not a state of being. Rather than worry about what could be, let's instead work to improve our current situation to feel confident in making informationally-based decisions.
